"account": "Peruvian authorities have unveiled plans to prohibit girls from wearing short skirts and applying nail polish at school, as well as restricting boys to shorter hair, according to a statement from President Keiko Fujimori. This decision comes in response to the government's goal of eradicating bullying, sexual harassment, and violence within educational institutions. Education Minister Jose Chang emphasized the intention to enforce stricter discipline, including the potential expulsion of the most disruptive students. Additionally, the administration announced a ban on cell phone use without prior teacher approval. However, critics from feminist organizations have vehemently opposed the measures, arguing that these regulations targeting personal appearance do not effectively address the deeper issues of school violence and do not constitute a solution to the underlying problems.",
