"account": "Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique defended Manchester City's right to keep the titles they won, stating that what the English side achieved on the pitch deserves recognition. The PSG boss expressed hope that City avoids penalties despite being found guilty of breaking the Premier League's financial rules. City could face severe consequences, including possible relegation, after being found guilty of over 100 offenses between 2009 and 2018. However, Enrique believes City has done an incredible job on the field and should not have their trophies stripped. Former City manager Pep Guardiola, now set to return to the Etihad for their Champions League match against PSG, is a close friend of Enrique.",
