"account": "Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique praised Manchester City's incredible performance on the pitch in recent years and expressed his belief that the club deserved to keep all the titles they have won. Enrique, a close friend and former Barcelona teammate of former City boss Pep Guardiola, stated that the trophies City has earned should not be taken away from them. He expressed hope that Manchester City avoids any sanctions despite being found guilty of breaking the Premier League's financial rules over a period from 2009 to 2018. City currently faces severe sanctions, which may include potential relegation from the top-flight of English football. The independent commission found Manchester City guilty of over 100 charges, and there have been speculations that titles won during that period could be stripped. Enrique emphasized that the trophies earned on the pitch should remain there and that Manchester City should not lose them. He also dismissed suggestions that Wednesday's match against PSG in the Champions League is an opportunity to establish an early marker for either side, stating that it will be interesting to see how the teams develop over the next five or six months.",
