"summary": "Iowa women's basketball coach Jan Jensen has announced that her team has six guards: Taylor Stremlow, Dani Carnegie, Journey Houston, Chit-Chat Wright, Amari Whiting, and Bria Medina, with Jocelyn Faison listed as a guard/forward. The Hawkeyes will have three starting guard spots, with Carnegie being a unanimous All-SEC pick, Stremlow a captain and consistent starter last season, Whiting a transfer from Oklahoma State with almost 100 collegiate games under her belt, and Houston an impressive freshman who is making the transition from forward to guard. Medina, who scored 23.6 points per game at Knox College, is another strong option. Despite the depth at the guard position, the players are ready to embrace whatever role they are asked to play, whether that is starting or coming off the bench.",
