"account": "In a curious twist, former linebacker Germaine Pratt, who was cut by the Raiders last year, has signed with the Colts, returning to the team that recently cut him. Last season, Pratt was among several linebackers the Raiders acquired in the offseason. He emerged as the highest-paid linebacker on a one-year, $5 million deal. The seven-year veteran began the 2025 season with the Raiders alongside rookies Elandon Roberts, Devin White, and Jamal Adams, but was subsequently cut after starting only four games. Pratt cited his perception of the team as being in decline as his reason for leaving the Raiders. Interestingly, he ended up joining the Colts, the team they were about to face in their next game, ultimately seeing the Indianapolis team falter with a 4-1 start before losing the final seven games. Pratt's journey took him back to Indianapolis, where he signed with the team's practice squad after a spot opened up due to the Colts signing TE Pharoah Brown off the practice squad.",
