"account": "President John Dramani Mahama declared Ghana to be a safer nation compared to previous times, crediting the Ghana Police Service for the improvement in peace and security across the country. During the inauguration of an 85-bed ward at the Ghana Police Hospital in Accra, named after Inspector-General of Police Christian Tetteh Yohuno, Mahama expressed gratitude to the dedicated officers and lauded their work. The new three-story facility, part of the Golden Jubilee celebration of the Police Hospital, boasts modern healthcare facilities. Mahama specifically praised Yohuno for his leadership and dedication to maintaining nationwide peace and security. He mentioned a bus driver's testimony, stating that even at 2:00 am, commercial vehicles can travel safely due to reduced highway robberies. The President also highlighted a reduction in unresolved murder cases and acknowledged the efforts of the Criminal Investigations Department, Police Intelligence Directorate, and the Police Cyber Unit in contributing to national security. Mahama emphasized the Police Administration's commendable work and expressed gratitude to all, urging them to continue the good work. The Minister for the Interior acknowledged Mahama's commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure and enhancing the welfare of security personnel, noting the new ward as a testament to his determination to build a stronger, more inclusive Ghana.",
