"summary": "Mark Harmon and Michael Weatherly will reunite on screen for the first time in a decade on the CBS spinoff series NCIS: Origins. According to TheWrap, the actors playing Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Tony DiNozzo will appear together during the October 20 episode. In this installment, Gibbs returns to the agency's D.C. headquarters to seek help from the new director, Tony, following an incident in the Season 3 premiere where Gibbs was shot by assailants.\n\nHarmon is serving as an executive producer and narrator for NCIS: Origins and is scheduled to appear in every episode of the 10-installment third season. His character's arc involves a present-day mystery linked to his time at Camp Pendleton in the 1990s, a period depicted by Austin Stowell in the main storyline. Deadline reports that Harmon's appearance will take place as part of a season-long arc.\n\nWeatherly has taken on an extended role in the franchise that was revealed in the Season 24 premiere, where his character becomes the NCIS director. TheWrap notes that co-showrunner Steven D. Binder indicated the arc might extend beyond the current season, depending on Weatherly.",
