"account": "A fire at a bungalow on Onitire Road in Itire, Lagos, left one man injured and destroyed the property. The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service (LSFRS) rescued two adult men from the blaze, with one sustaining burn injuries. The 75-year-old wheelchair user was rescued unharmed. According to the LSFRS statement, the fire erupted at around 9:10 PM and was brought under control by 9:35 PM. Firefighters came from Isolo, Sari, and Bolade fire stations, along with support from the Federal Fire Service, Ojuelegba, and various other agencies. The cause of the fire is under investigation, but preliminary assessments suggest it may have been due to an electrical surge. LSFRS authorities advised residents to maintain their electrical installations and appliances to prevent such incidents.",
