"account": "A fire at an eight-room bungalow on Onitire Road in Itire, Lagos, resulted in one injury and extensive damage. The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service rescued two men from the burning building on Tuesday evening. One of the victims, a 75-year-old man, was rescued without injury, while the other, a 42-year-old man, suffered burns during his attempt to rescue the elderly individual. The fire, which also damaged a two-storey building adjacent to the bungalow, prompted firefighters from Isolo, Sari, and Bolade stations, along with support from the Federal Fire Service and the Nigeria Police Force. The Lagos State Ambulance Service transported the injured man to Gbagada General Hospital for medical treatment. Officials from the Lagos State Government have advised residents to maintain electrical systems, avoid overloading sockets, and promptly report fire emergencies. The cause of the fire is under investigation, with preliminary reports suggesting electrical issues as a potential factor.",
