"account": "Kimberly Guilfoyle resigned as US Ambassador to Greece amid allegations of misconduct. The White House Press Secretary stated that she was asked to resign, describing her as \"an incredible asset to the team.\" However, her resignation became necessary after the Wall Street Journal published articles detailing her alleged threats against Greece and acceptance of improper gifts. Text messages allegedly showing her attempting to receive cash from a Republican donor in exchange for influence in the Trump administration further fueled the controversy. The incident led to strong reactions from President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who expressed their displeasure. Despite initial defense from Rubio, Guilfoyle has yet to address the accusations, with her lawyers stating that she did nothing wrong. The situation has raised concerns among top Democrats in both the House and Senate, who have called for investigations into the matter.",
