"account": "Hulu has announced plans to develop a series based on Ryan Coogler's reimagined \"X-Files\" pilot. The series will star Danielle Deadwyler and Himesh Patel as two FBI agents assigned to a long-shuttered division dealing with unexplained phenomena. Coogler, who wrote, directed and executive produced the pilot, will also serve as an executive producer alongside Jennifer Yale, Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian, and Chris Carter. The original \"X-Files\" ran from 1993 to 2002 and starred David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson. The spin-off aims to honor the original series while bringing something new to the world of unexplained phenomena. Coogler expressed his gratitude to the cast, crew, and partners involved in the project. Hulu's decision to pick up the series for a full season has sparked speculation about the potential return of original cast members and the streaming release date, which is rumored to be fall 2027.",
