"account": "European Union leaders are set to deliberate on further support for Ukraine at the upcoming European Council meeting on October 15-16 in Brussels. However, there are no anticipated new funding decisions, and the stance on utilizing frozen Russian assets remains unchanged, according to a high-ranking diplomat. The diplomat clarified that the EU's positions on the matter have remained consistent, with Belgium continuing to oppose the use of Russian assets due to the assets' holdings in Euroclear. The discussion will also focus on covering Ukraine's financial needs beyond 2026, as the EUR 90 billion package for 2026-2027 has already been established to tackle these requirements. The EU's cooperation with other partners, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Norway, and more, underscores the ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive support to Ukraine.",
