"account": "Aisha Yesufu, a prominent figure from the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has addressed her party's supporters who are backing Peter Obi for the 2027 presidential race. In a video posted on her X account, she urged them to be prepared to defend themselves as they face potential attacks by political thugs. Yesufu, a known activist in Nigerian politics, pointed out that security forces have been unable to shield citizens from the escalating violence, and self-defense might become necessary. She emphasized that \"Courtesy is not a strategy when you are fighting tyrants.\" Yesufu highlighted that if the All Progressives Congress (APC) were to deliver on their promises, they wouldn't be searching for targets to attack. She acknowledged that the attacks are troubling and urged her supporters to take measures to protect themselves. Drawing inspiration from the Enugu gubernatorial candidate, she suggested that if opposition members face aggression, they should retaliate. Yesufu concluded by stressing the importance of being ready for potential conflict, saying, \"Make everybody understand that if they want peace, we all have to be prepared for war.\"",
