"account": "Former deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya has been accused of meeting several women through controversial businessman Serge Cabonge, according to a 25-minute recording of a telephone conversation. During the call, Cabonge mentioned Tebogo Thobejane, who is linked to tenderpreneur Vusimuzi \"Cat\" Matlala, suggesting that Sibiya may have met her multiple times. Cabonge disputed Thobejane's former status as an acquaintance of Sibiya, saying, \"He knows her. I have sat with the general and Tebogo a couple of times… maybe because he meets a lot of girls around me.\" Sibiya is currently facing charges of sexual grooming, human trafficking, rape, and firearm-related offenses following his arrest at a strip club in Sandton on September 21, 2026.",
