"account": "In a recent interview, Bollywood actor Salman Khan commended his co-star Rashmika Mandanna for her exceptional work ethic, even when she was battling fever. Khan recalled a particular instance during the shooting of Pushpa 2, where Mandanna was working relentlessly from 7 o'clock in the morning until 6 o'clock the following morning. Despite being unwell, Mandanna continued to perform while sandwiching her shoot between two 'driving times' in the car, traveling between locations. This reminded Khan of his own early days in the industry, when he too would often work through multiple shifts, or '2-3 shifts'. Psychologists have noted that senior professionals like Khan, through their actions, set the tone for their workplace. Their behaviors can significantly influence the morale and performance of their colleagues, creating a culture of psychological safety where employees feel secure to express themselves. Recognizing and respecting colleagues, regardless of their position in the hierarchy, is essential for fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. This mutual respect not only motivates individuals but also contributes to their overall well-being and job satisfaction.",
