"account": "Paramount Pictures and Caruso are set to reopen the historic Bay Theater in Palisades Village, restoring a beloved destination that closed following the devastating wildfires of 2025. The theater will be operated by THE LOT, a high-end dine-in theater chain, with an exact reopening date to be announced soon. Once reopened, the Bay Theater will offer a mix of new releases and classic films, along with upscale amenities such as premium seating, high-definition sound and projection, and in-theater dining options. Skydance CEO David Ellison expressed pride in helping the Palisades community come together through cinema once again. Caruso founder Rick Caruso highlighted Paramount's significant legacy and commitment to the city and the future of movie theaters. THE LOT founder Adolfo Fastlicht emphasized their dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience to complement Paramount's cinematic vision and the Bay's unique character within the Palisades Village.",
