"account": "Three women, identified as managers at a Boxer grocery store in eShowe, KwaZulu-Natal, were shot dead by a former employee on Saturday. Colonel Robert Netshiunda reported that the suspect entered the store for a disciplinary hearing, brandishing a firearm and killing the three women inside the offices. The victims were Thandiwe Chili, 54, originally from eSikhaleni in Empangeni, and two other female managers. The shooter had been called to the meeting to discuss his disciplinary charges. According to the victims' family, the gunman locked the managers inside the office, left for a short period, and returned with a gun to shoot them. Thandiwe Chili's brother, Khehla Chili, expressed concern over the store's security procedures, stating that staff are only searched upon leaving the premises for stolen goods, but not when arriving for duty. The shooter, who had worked in the bakery section of the store for over 20 years, was reportedly upset about his disciplinary action and chose to take the extreme measure of killing his managers. The family is seeking justice, emphasizing that the shooter could have found alternative employment instead of resorting to violence. Police are actively searching for the suspect and have appealed to the public for information related to the incident.",
