"account": "Eleven seafarers remain missing after a drone attack on a cargo ship off Bulgaria's coast, potentially marking the second fatal sinking in the region within a week. The incident has prompted Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev to summon Russia's ambassador, though Moscow has not explicitly confirmed involvement. The attacks, which damaged two cargo vessels overnight, have drawn condemnation from Ukraine and the European Union, with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte pledging to enhance defense measures in the region. Bulgaria's President Iliana Iotova identified the sunken vessel as the Guinea-Bissau-flagged HS Dignity, with a search and rescue operation currently underway. This is not the first such attack; a week prior, nine Syrian and one Egyptian sailor lost their lives in a similar incident off Bulgaria's Black Sea waters. The escalating tensions in the Black Sea, a critical route for global grain trade, highlight the broader geopolitical implications of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.",
