"account": "Selma Blair, the actress known for her roles in \"Legally Blonde\" and \"Cruel Intentions,\" has been charged with assault after an alleged altercation during a flight from Los Angeles to New York City, according to court documents. The incident occurred on a Delta Air Lines flight that landed late Sunday at John F Kennedy Airport following reports of a physically abusive passenger. Blair, who is 54 years old, reportedly punched one flight attendant and bit another. She was then taken into custody and charged with two counts of second-degree assault on a police officer and a nurse after she allegedly assaulted them while being transported to the hospital.\n\nBlair pleaded not guilty to both charges and was released on bail. Her next hearing in the case is scheduled for January 19. According to court documents, the FBI also issued a summons accusing Blair of assaults on the plane. A representative for Blair stated that she experienced a medical emergency leading to the alleged conduct, adding that she received immediate medical attention upon landing and is currently in stable condition. Delta Air Lines has a zero-tolerance policy for unruly or unlawful behavior, emphasizing the safety of their customers and crew.",
