"account": "Ciaran O'Gara and his daughters, Anna and Ruth, are set to be honored today for their heroic actions during a sea rescue at Curracloe Beach, Co Wexford, last December. Speaking on RTÉ’s Morning Ireland, Ms O'Gara explained that her extensive water safety training, which began at the age of 10, kicked in during the emergency, allowing her to act instinctively. She emphasized the importance of muscle memory, competition experience, and the training received through her lifeguarding and swimming group. Despite the harrowing incident, Ciaran and his daughters were able to save four family members and provide reassurance as they were brought to shore. Mr O'Gara noted the emotional toll it took on them, particularly the sleepless nights after the event. Both parents expressed their gratitude for the recognition, stating that the most meaningful award would be the presence of the rescued family member and wife attending the event. They emphasized the collective effort and bravery of all involved, including the recipients of other honors at the Water Safety Ireland National Awards ceremony.",
