"account": "On October 13, two cargo ships were attacked by drones in the Black Sea off Bulgaria’s coast, according to Prime Minister Rumen Radev. The Ukrainian-owned vessel Chelsea 3, sailing under a Maltese flag, was hit about 18 nautical miles east of Byala. All 15 crew members, including seven Ukrainians and eight Azeris, were evacuated, with five sustaining minor injuries. Another ship sank around 17 nautical miles east of Krapets, and one crew member was rescued. Prime Minister Radev condemned the attacks as \"absolutely unacceptable\" and plans to summon the Russian Ambassador to address the incident. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Russia's actions demonstrate a disregard for civilian lives and maritime security in the Black Sea, urging partners to increase pressure on Russia. Drone attacks on cargo ships off Bulgarian waters are not uncommon, with a similar incident occurring a week earlier, about 110 kilometers from the coast. Reuters reported this as the first known drone attack on civilian ships in Bulgarian waters since the war in Ukraine began.",
