"account": "A tragic incident occurred at Six Flags Over Georgia in the US state of Georgia on Monday, resulting in one death and several injuries, according to officials. The Cobb County chairwoman, Lisa Cupid, stated that detectives from the county's major crimes unit are investigating the incident. The person who died and the extent of the injuries have not been confirmed by authorities. The park's spokesperson expressed deep sorrow over the incident and confirmed that park officials and local authorities responded promptly, and they are fully cooperating with local officials. Six Flags, an operator of theme parks across North America, has temporarily closed nine similar roller coasters across six parks out of an abundance of caution. The roller coaster involved in the Georgia incident, known as Goliath, reaches top speeds of 70 miles per hour and a height of 200 feet, as per the park's website. The incident follows Six Flags' decision last month to permanently close a popular roller coaster in its California theme park after dozens of riders claimed to have suffered brain damage while riding it.",
"summary": "Officials have not disclosed how the victim died or how others were injured at Six Flags Over Georgia, but they said investigators are probing the incident.",
