"summary": "One person died and several others were injured following an incident on the Goliath roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia on Monday. The amusement park, located in Cobb County about 15 miles northwest of Atlanta, was evacuated after the ride stopped with passengers stranded on an incline. A spokesperson for Six Flags stated the park is cooperating with local authorities regarding the investigation.\n\nAccording to the Times of India, witnesses described a man being ejected from his coaster car, striking the ride multiple times before falling onto the roof of a haunted house attraction below. One passenger noted the man’s body struck other riders during the fall, and another witness claimed the event was captured in a souvenir photograph. A woman told 11Alive that the man had been on the ride with his son while his wife and daughter watched from the ground.\n\nWhile authorities confirmed the death and injuries, they have not provided details regarding the cause of the incident or the specific nature of the injuries, according to Forbes and the Free Press Journal. Detectives from the Cobb County Police Department's major crimes unit are investigating.",
