"account": "At least four passengers were killed and several injured when a passenger train derailed near Sher Shah Bridge in Multan, Punjab province, Pakistan on Tuesday morning. The Rehman Baba Express, traveling from Karachi to Peshawar, derailed at around 5:15 am in the Sher Shah area, according to railway spokesman Kaleem Akhtar. Train driver Rizwan Abbas recounted that the train was moving at 100 kilometers per hour when it suddenly encountered a push while passing through the Sher Shah station. He applied the brakes but found that the passenger coaches had derailed after stepping out of the locomotive. A rescue operation was immediately launched, recovering four bodies and evacuating injured passengers to Nishtar Hospital. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari condemned the incident and directed authorities to provide the best medical care to the injured. The remaining coach is still under repair, and Pakistan Railways has opened information and assistance desks at major stations, organizing alternative transport and ticket refunds for affected passengers.",
