"account": "Luis Enrique, Paris St-Germain's (PSG) French manager, is focused on preventing his team from becoming complacent despite their recent success. The back-to-back Champions League winners are aiming for a third consecutive league title and a third consecutive European triumph this season. They currently sit sixth in Ligue 1, but Enrique believes the team can perform better.\n\nEnrique has been with PSG since 2023, and his contract runs until 2030. He has also signed new deals for several key players, including Joao Neves, Fabian Ruiz, Willian Pacho, Lucas Beraldo and Senny Mayulu. This sends a strong message to the team that the project is long-term.\n\nEnrique has maintained a relatively stable technical staff, with assistant coach Joaquin Valdes and Rafel Pol being the only permanent additions. The training methods and approach have remained largely unchanged since his arrival, with a focus on discipline and attention to detail.\n\nThe team's depth has improved, allowing Enrique to leave out a couple of key players in matches, keeping them rested for bigger games. New signings Dani Gil and Ferran Torres have joined the squad, with Gil bringing a more hungry attitude and Torres feeling valued and motivated.\n\nEnrique's method focuses on developing young players, both from the academy and the professional teams. The club has invested heavily in this, with a new training facility opened in November 2024, allowing young players to climb both physically and metaphorically. Despite the success of high-profile signings in the past, Enrique is content with maintaining the team's identity and building from within.",
