"account": "Former West Indies cricketer and commentator Ian Bishop has lauded Pakistan’s emerging batsman Maaz Sadaqat for his outstanding performance in the second T20I against Sri Lanka. Sadaqat's blistering 96 runs off just 51 balls proved instrumental as Pakistan secured a dominant 82-run victory over Sri Lanka at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, thereby taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.\n\nThe 21-year-old left-hander delivered a masterclass with six fours and seven sixes, falling short of his maiden T20I century. Pakistan posted a formidable total of 215-3 in their 20 overs, with captain Sahibzada Farhan contributing 73 runs off 44 balls, including four fours and five sixes. Fakhar Zaman chipped in with 22 off 17 balls, while Hasan Nawaz remained unbeaten on 19 off nine deliveries.\n\nSri Lanka, chasing a target of 216, faltered with a disappointing 133-7 in their 20 overs, largely due to the exceptional bowling display by Pakistan. Mohammad Imran Randhawa claimed three crucial wickets for just 11 runs in four overs, while Salman Mirza and Shadab Khan each took a wicket.\n\nBishop took to social media platform X to express his admiration for Sadaqat, reminiscing about his stellar performances in the CPL 2026 for the Jamaica Kingsmen. \"We were happy to see the talent of Maaz Sadaqat in the CPL 2026 for the Jamaica Kingsmen. His good form continues for Pakistan and we hope he has a long and successful career. He is a nice 360 batter,\" Bishop wrote, emphasizing Sadaqat's impressive batting skills.",
