"account": "In Iskandar Puteri, Johor, a seven-year-old boy was injured when he was attacked by a pack of stray dogs while playing in a playground near a low-cost housing area. The incident occurred between 3 pm and 4 pm, and the child fell and rolled on the ground as he tried to escape. A nearby man threw stones at the dogs, helping to save the boy. The boy sustained injuries to his eye, neck, head, and body and was rushed to Sultanah Aminah Hospital for treatment. This is not the first such incident in the area; on the same day, a 15-year-old boy was also attacked by eight stray dogs, sustaining a leg injury. The Iskandar Puteri City Council has planned an operation to address the stray dog problem in the area.",
