"account": "Selma Blair, the actress known for her roles in *Legally Blonde* and *Cruel Intentions*, was arrested on a Delta Air Lines flight from Los Angeles to New York City. According to reports, Blair allegedly assaulted two cabin crew members - one by punching and the other by biting - during the incident. The 54-year-old was subsequently detained at John F Kennedy Airport after the plane landed late Sunday. Reports suggest that Blair's actions were triggered by a medical emergency, following which she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition.\n\nBlair's representative revealed that the actress experienced a medical emergency that led to her reported conduct. She was immediately taken to a hospital upon landing. The FBI issued a summons accusing Blair of the assaults that occurred on the plane, as per a federal judicial source. Delta Air Lines, in a statement, emphasized their zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, reiterating that the safety of their customers and crew is their utmost priority.\n\nThe incident is not the first time Blair has been involved in such an altercation. In 2016, she was removed from a plane on a stretcher following another outburst during a flight. Blair has been candid about her past incidents, admitting in a 2016 Vanity Fair interview that she had mixed alcohol with medication, which led her to black out and commit actions she deeply regretted. In her 2022 memoir, she also disclosed having bitten several celebrities, including Kate Moss, often in situations where she had been drinking alcohol.",
