"summary": "The Ogun APC Campaign Council has denied any responsibility for the omission of Ladi Adebutu from the final list of governorship candidates released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The council urged the PDP candidate to address internal issues.\n\nAccording to Daily Post Nigeria, the list of candidates for the 2027 elections was released on Sunday and was missing several names, including Ogun State PDP candidate Chief Oladipupo Olatunde Adebutu and Gombe State PDP candidate, former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy Professor Isa Ali Pantami.\n\nThe Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) expressed displeasure regarding the omissions, with Executive Director Professor Isiaq Akintola describing the situation as worrisome and unfortunate. In a statement obtained by Daily Post Nigeria, Akintola suggested the omissions reflected incompetence and a coordinated maneuver by INEC to silence and outwit opposition politicians.",
