"summary": "RJ Mitte, the actor best known for his role as Walter White Jr. on the series Breaking Bad, has died at age 34. According to The A.V. Club, TMZ reports that Mitte died by suicide and that an investigation into his death is ongoing. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, representatives for Mitte described his passing as a tragedy and identified him as a beloved actor, philanthropist, and disability rights advocate.\n\nMitte, who was born in Jackson, Mississippi, in 1992, was adopted by Roy Frank Mitte Jr. and Dyna Mitte. Having been born with cerebral palsy, he brought his personal experience to his portrayal of the character Walter White Jr. on the Emmy-winning show. Variety noted that his performance as the son of Walter and Skyler White helped lend the series an underpinning sorrow.\n\nDuring his time on Breaking Bad, Mitte appeared in 56 episodes and earned a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2014. He was also involved in advocacy work, such as the Inclusion in the Arts and Media of Performers with Disabilities campaign.",
