"account": "Michael B. Jordan and Austin Butler are preparing to portray Miami's most iconic undercover detectives, Ricardo Tubbs and Sonny Crockett, for Joseph Kosinski's upcoming film Miami Vice '85. The announcement of production sharing two images of Jordan and Butler in their signature detective outfits has sent fans into a frenzy. Jordan, dressed in all-black with a tie and leather jacket, strikes an intimidating pose, while Butler sports a fitted gray blazer and pants, his gun at the ready and a dazzling gold watch on his wrist. These are the latest actors to take on the roles of Tubbs and Crockett, continuing the legacy of the original 1980s series, which starred Philip Michael Thomas and Don Johnson. The film, set to be shot in IMAX, will also feature Alden Ehrenreich, Camila Morrone, Whitney Peak, Danny Ramirez, John Leguizamo as a cartel boss, and Walton Goggins as a henchman. Directed by Kosinski and written by Dan Gilroy, Miami Vice '85 is slated for release in theaters on May 19, 2028.",
