"account": "US stock markets opened unevenly for a week of significant events, as tensions in the Middle East and looming major announcements kept investors cautious on Monday. While the Dow Jones rose slightly, tech-heavy values declined. The Dow Jones of blue-chip stocks closed the day with a slight gain of approximately 0.4%, totaling 51,850 points. The broader S&P 500 index remained flat at 7,807 counts. The technology-focused Nasdaq ended 0.4% lower, standing at 27,245 points. The Nasdaq 100, representing the 100 largest non-financial companies by market capitalization, fell 0.7% to 30,664 counts. U.S. bond markets were closed for a holiday on Monday, but stocks were traded regularly. Oil prices rose again after a brief morning calm, only to fall again in midday. A barrel (159 liters) of Brent crude for delivery in December increased by up to 1.9% to over $106 per barrel. Similar increases were seen in WTI oil. President Donald Trump unexpectedly announced a \"peaceful energy truce\" between Russia and Ukraine on Sunday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy welcomed the move but awaited details from the U.S. government, citing ongoing Russian attacks. Russia has not confirmed the announced truce. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said diplomatic contacts with the U.S. side continue.",
