"account": "In October, Guadalajara hosts a variety of food and music festivals. The city's historic center hosts music and gastronomy celebrations, including a beer tasting at Foro Expo Guadalajara, and free mariachi performances. However, the Guadalajara region is currently grappling with a sewage contamination issue at Huaxtla Falls, a popular nature spot in north Zapopan. Locals and environmental groups have voiced concerns over the contamination, which has turned the once-pristine turquoise pools opaque brown. The Picachos and Hasar landfills, located upstream from the falls, are suspected of contributing to the contamination by dumping their waste runoff into the river basin. Despite previous cleanup agreements, Jalisco Governor Pablo Lemus Navarro has confirmed that Profepa, the federal environmental watchdog agency, has intervened and placed closure seals on the contaminated area to prevent further damage.",
