"summary": "Veteran Yoruba actor Yinka Quadri has praised President Bola Tinubu's longstanding financial assistance to entertainers, citing his contributions to the industry dating back to his tenure as governor of Lagos State. Quadri recounted how Tinubu provided $25,000 to fund the return of late actress Moji Olaiya's remains to Nigeria in 2017 and how he assisted in covering the hospital bills of the late Nollywood actor Baba Suwe during his illness. In addition to his support for the entertainment sector, Quadri highlighted Tinubu's contributions to infrastructure development in the South-West, including the Papalanto-Sagamu and Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode roads. These comments come amid political discussions ahead of the 2027 general elections, with Tinubu supporters highlighting his relationship with the entertainment industry and his influence on practitioners as reasons for his re-election bid.",
