"account": "Berlin - Bundesverteidigungsminister Boris Pistorius (SPD) expressed satisfaction with the progress made in equipping the German military with digital radio technology, stating that the process is moving ahead, albeit with some issues still to resolve. During a meeting with industrial and military representatives at his ministry on Monday, Pistorius noted that the army's digitalization is advancing significantly.\n\nSince several weeks, the deployment test of the radio system under real combat conditions, including firing, has been underway at the Munster training grounds. According to Heeresinspekteur Christian Freuding, the test scenario requires the armed forces to communicate, transmit signals, and shoot in challenging tactical environments. The Digitalisierung Landbasierte Operationen (DLBO) project aims to enable the army to exchange information swiftly, securely, and reliably. Soldiers and soldiers' leaders are to be interconnected within a unified digital system. Out of the 100 billion euro special fund allocated for the military, 11.5 billion euros have been earmarked specifically for DLBO. Participants include companies such as Rheinmetall, KNDS, Rohde & Schwarz, Hensoldt, and Blackned.",
