"account": "Selma Blair, the 54-year-old actress, was arrested on Sunday night after allegedly biting a flight attendant and injuring another on board a Delta Airlines flight from Los Angeles to New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. Two flight attendants reported injuries, with one being bitten and the other sustaining a laceration, the Port Authority Police reported. The incident occurred at 11 p.m. during Delta Airlines Flight 938. The flight crew had to restrain Blair, leading to the involvement of the Port Authority Police and the FBI. The FBI was probing allegations of assault on the plane. Upon landing, Blair was taken to Jamaica Hospital for evaluation. She allegedly kicked a police officer while in the ambulance and assaulted a nurse at the hospital, her attorney stated. Blair's attorney indicated that the actress had experienced a medical emergency leading to the reported conduct. In the air traffic control audio, the pilot requested medical personnel to arrive at the plane. The pilot mentioned Blair had a bloody nose and bite marks, suggesting she may have bumped her head against the bulkhead. Delta Airlines emphasized zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, prioritizing the safety of passengers and crew. Blair has starred in films including \"Cruel Intentions,\" \"Legally Blonde,\" and \"Hellboy,\" and was a contestant on \"Dancing with the Stars\" in 2022. The actress has openly discussed her struggle with multiple sclerosis.",
