"summary": "Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has urged Albertans to remain united with the rest of the country as they prepare to vote in a referendum on the province's future. In a video message released on social media, Carney warned that division could undermine major development projects in the province, including housing initiatives, a proposed high-speed rail route, and a pipeline linking Alberta's oilfield to the West Coast. He emphasized the importance of national unity in achieving these projects and stressed the contributions of generations of Albertans to Canada's development. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's press secretary responded to Carney's address, encouraging residents to familiarize themselves with the referendum questions before voting.",
