"account": "Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has voiced his worry over a distressing video of Ahmed Zakka, who was reportedly abducted along with his wife and infant child in Kaduna State. The video has been described as \"heartbreaking\" by Atiku, highlighting the pressing security issues facing Nigeria. He lamented, \"It is unfortunate that a Nigerian has been reduced to pleading for his life and for his family's safety at the mercy of kidnappers. The anguish is compounded by the fact that an innocent infant, unable to comprehend the world, is also ensnared in this harrowing situation.\"\n\nAtiku appealed to the security forces to expedite the rescue mission to ensure the safe retrieval of Zakka, his wife, and their baby. He also called for prompt action to secure the release of other Nigerians who are currently detained by kidnappers. \"It is crucial for the government to implement measures that will put an end to this menace, enabling Nigerians to live their lives without the constant threat of kidnapping,\" Atiku emphasized in a post on his Hausa-language Facebook page. \"The safety and well-being of the lives and property of Nigerians is a paramount responsibility of the government.\"\n\nExpressing his prayers, Atiku implored for the immediate rescue of Ahmed Zakka and his family, along with every other individual held captive by kidnappers.",
