"account": "In September, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that military strikes targeted 12 major oil refineries, two petrochemical plants, and five defense industry enterprises. These facilities, which supply fuel, weapons, and components for missiles and unmanned systems to the Russian army, were consistently hit throughout the month.\n\nThe operations extended beyond the oil and gas sector, encompassing a naval base and naval facilities, a military airfield along with aviation equipment, as well as storage and launch sites for attack UAVs. Additionally, port, fuel, and logistics infrastructure were also attacked.\n\nThe distance of the targets varied, with the most distant one being the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery, situated approximately 1,500 kilometers away from the Ukrainian border. At least three enemy ships were targeted at the Novorossiysk base, while at Rostov-on-Don (Central) airfield, two An-26s, one An-12, and three helicopters were hit.",
