"account": "In a recent incident at the inaugural Seyi Tinubu Colloquium in Lagos, House of Representatives member Kafilat Ogbara expressed reluctance to shake hands with her rival and defeated opponent in the All Progressives Congress primary, Dele Oshinowo. The encounter, captured on video, shows Oshinowo approaching Ogbara and extending his hand. In response, Ogbara remained seated, turned away, and responded with a dismissive remark, \"I cannot shake you.\" Oshinowo then reacted enthusiastically before departing. This interaction occurred months after Oshinowo secured a significant victory in the APC primary for the Kosofe Federal Constituency, polling 18,614 votes against other candidates. Ogbara’s defeat signifies a notable shift in the political landscape of the constituency, where she had previously represented in the House of Representatives. The two politicians have a history of political disputes, including a disagreement in 2025 regarding the demolition of Owode-Onirin market. The latest incident has drawn attention amid ongoing political tensions in Kosofe, following the APC primary. Oshinowo is anticipated to represent the party in the constituency during the 2027 general election, pending the completion of electoral procedures.",
