"account": "Seremban City Council (MBS) mayor Datuk Ir Masri Baharuddin has clarified that the main stage for the 2026 Deepavali Carnival will be dismantled after daily operations, while traders' tents can remain set up throughout the event. The confusion arose from an earlier report stating that all tents needed to be dismantled and removed after nightly operations. Masri emphasized that only the main stage requires dismantling, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the local authority. He urged traders, organizers, and the public to avoid confusion based on this clarification. The 2026 Deepavali Carnival is set to take place from October 29 to November 7 at Jalan Dato’ Lee Fong Yee, featuring various activities and sales. Both the organizers and traders are responsible for ensuring compliance with MBS directives and maintaining cleanliness throughout the carnival's duration.",
