"account": "Seremban City Council (MBS) mayor Datuk Ir Masri Baharuddin clarified confusion surrounding the Deepavali Carnival's 2026 requirements. According to Masri, only the main stage needs to be dismantled after daily operations, while traders' tents can remain set up throughout the event. Traders' approved tents do not need to be dismantled or removed daily; they can stay up as long as the carnival lasts. The main stage, however, must be taken down after operations for the day, as per MBS's conditions. The mayor issued this clarification to avoid confusion among traders, organizers, and the public. Masri emphasized that traders and organizers must adhere to MBS guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and proper waste management throughout the carnival. The 2026 Deepavali Carnival is scheduled from October 29 to November 7 at Jalan Dato' Lee Fong Yee, featuring activities and sales in celebration of the festival.",
