"account": "The East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) has joined forces with TGA Solutions Sdn Bhd to attract investments into the Tanjung Agas Industrial Area (KPTA) in Pekan, Pahang. The partnership includes a proposed integrated data centre hub and aims to promote investment, identify investors, and form strategic partnerships. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will also facilitate potential projects in high-impact industrial, manufacturing, and services sectors, as well as explore opportunities in the digital economy. The data centre hub could potentially anchor a larger ecosystem encompassing telecommunications, energy supply, cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), engineering services, and supporting industries. This development could bolster local supply chains and position KPTA as a hub for technology-driven investments. Spanning around 1,710 hectares, KPTA already has basic infrastructure in place and secured key development approvals, making it an ideal location for industrial expansion and new investments. The initiative is anticipated to bolster Pahang's economic development goals, boost the state's investment attractiveness, and foster sustainable growth.",
