"account": "Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has predicted that only Liverpool and Arsenal will contest for the Premier League title in the upcoming season. The statement came from Carragher during a Sky Sports broadcast following Liverpool's 3-0 defeat to Manchester City. Just a few days later, City extended their lead by scoring three goals in the second half, after being handed a second yellow card to Ryan Gravenberch. With Maresca at the helm, Liverpool is expected to go head-to-head with Arsenal, the current champions, in the title race. Carragher also expressed his disappointment over the slow pace of penalizing Manchester City for their financial irregularities. \"We need a resolution as soon as possible because we’re watching a game and not sure what it actually means going forward, and wondering if it even makes any difference to Man City or the title race with Arsenal,\" he stated. The former defender confirmed that both Arsenal and Manchester City are \"the two best teams by a mile,\" and that none of the other teams are likely to challenge them for the title. Carragher acknowledged the desire for every game to matter, but admitted that at the moment, it doesn't.",
