"account": "Malaysia’s King Ibrahim has bestowed the prestigious DMN title upon Jordan’s King Abdullah II during his state visit. The honour was conferred at a ceremony at Dewan Seri Maharaja, the Malaysian state palace. King Abdullah II met privately with Sultan Ibrahim before the investiture. The DMN, established in 1958, is one of Malaysia’s highest civilian honors given to foreign dignitaries. Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ayman Safadi, Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan, Religious Affairs Minister Zulkifli Hasan and other officials attended the ceremony. The visit began with a state parade at Istana Negara, Malaysia’s official residence. Malaysia and Jordan have maintained diplomatic ties since 1965.",
