"account": "Kelechi Iheanacho, affectionately known as \"Senior Man,\" scored his 12th goal in 10 games for Turkish second-tier club Bursaspor, earning him the Man-of-the-Match award in a 2-1 loss to Mardin 1969 on Sunday evening. The Nigerian striker, who joined Bursaspor from Celtic in the summer, has netted 17 goals in 2026-27, becoming the only African with such a feat in European football at the moment. Iheanacho's equalizing goal in the 81st minute was a follow-up to his strike in Nigeria's 3-3 draw with Russia in an international friendly the previous week. His impressive form has been pivotal for Bursaspor, who currently sit in second place with 19 points from nine matches, trailing leaders Kayserispor by three points.",
