"summary": "A Special Branch policeman, Lance Corporal Mohammad Faiz Muhamad Saman, has filed a fresh police report alleging that he was assaulted by Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (MCBA) director-general Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain. The incident allegedly occurred at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 when Shuhaily seized Faiz's mobile phone and subsequently detained, assaulted, and intimidated him. Lawyers Kamal Hisham Ja afar and Muhammad Nor Tamrin have stated that their client's case points to possible offenses under various sections of the Penal Code, including obstructing a public servant, causing hurt, and criminal intimidation. The law firm is considering legal action against those making false statements about their clients, including claims that their legal fees were funded by a criminal syndicate. The investigation, which has recorded statements from 25 witnesses, is still ongoing, with several aspects requiring further examination, such as CCTV footage verification.",
