"account": "On Sunday, a strike at Riyadh airport in Saudi Arabia resulted in at least one death and 11 injuries, according to reports. This was the second attack on the airport within 24 hours, following a similar incident that killed 12 people and injured many others the day prior. The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirmed that the person killed was a Pakistani national. The Saudi-led coalition fighting Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen stated that a cruise missile had been intercepted by their air defense systems near the airport, though no further details were provided immediately. The Houthi group claimed responsibility for the strikes, alleging four \"qualitative operations\" in the past 24 hours involving ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. These attacks also targeted Dammam airport and Aramco facilities. Later that evening, Saudi authorities confirmed an attack on Dammam airport. The Houthi group had previously warned airlines and travelers to avoid Saudi airports, stating that they were vulnerable to attack and had become a theatre of operations for their forces. The group urged everyone to take their warnings seriously, claiming that Saudi Arabia bore responsibility for any failed interceptions.",
"summary": "Sunday's strike came as the King Khalid International Airport remained closed after a deadly attack on Saturday, and after a warning from Houthi rebels in Yemen that \"worse is yet to come.\" Dammam airport was also hit.",
