"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported fresh strikes on power plants in Kyiv and Kharkiv on Sunday, despite US President Donald Trump's announcement of an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. Zelensky called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to honor the proposed pause in attacks. Ukraine has faced repeated drone strikes and glide bomb attacks throughout the day, including on Sunday evening when a power plant in Kharkiv was attacked. According to Zelensky, Russian forces have carried out over 200 strikes on Ukraine's electricity generation and transmission facilities over the past week, killing more than 150 people and wounding over 700. Ukrainian forces have received orders but are awaiting Russia's response to the ceasefire proposal, while Russia has not publicly confirmed its participation. Zelensky stressed that Russia must also agree to observe the ceasefire, as Ukraine supports the proposed pause.",
