"summary": "Saudi Arabia’s civil aviation authority confirmed that King Fahd International Airport in Dammam was struck by the Houthis. Ajel English reported the attack occurred Sunday evening, and officials are currently assessing the damage.\n\nThe Iran-backed group claimed multiple attacks over the previous 24 hours, including one on the Dammam airport, and threatened to continue targeting the kingdom's transit hubs. In Riyadh, the South China Morning Post reported that a projectile struck King Khalid International Airport on Sunday, sparking a fire, while air defences intercepted a missile nearby. The South China Morning Post also noted that the attack caused an unspecified number of injuries and that a damage assessment is underway.\n\nThis follows a Saturday attack on Riyadh’s airport that killed at least 12 people and wounded more than 300, according to The Economic Times. The South China Morning Post stated that Saturday's strike was the deadliest on Saudi soil in more than a decade and forced authorities to suspend operations at the facility.",
